National Family Judiciary Remote Hearing Survey
This survey provides insight into how judges across the U.S. viewed the response to the COVID-19 pandemic in their courts.
In late 2020, OurFamilyWizard surveyed judges on a number of factors related to the shift in family court proceedings produced by the pandemic. This report provides their responses to technology, masks in the courtroom, and other shifts that took place as a result of COVID-19.
