With an extensive background that bridges social work, law, and behavioral science, Trina brings a unique, multifaceted perspective to her work, making her the ideal architect of the BeH2OTM curriculum.
Trina’s journey began as a foster care social worker, where she was deeply frustrated by the bureaucratic obstacles that prevented meaningful change for children and families. Seeking to make a greater impact, she became an attorney, serving as guardian ad litem and representing hundreds of children over the past two decades. While her recommendations were often adopted by the court, Trina felt that systemic change was elusive.
It was this persistent drive to safeguard childhoods and improve family dynamics that led her to a critical realization: true change begins with parents. By coaching parents and helping them shift their mindsets, Trina discovered that she could foster genuine, lasting improvements in their co-parenting relationships.

Maria Natapov - Stepparenting and Co-Parenting Expert and Trusted Advisor to Divorce Professionals, Financial Advisors, and Parenting Coaches and Vice Chair of The Sparrow Collective, a non-profit dedicated to creating supportive housing for women and children going through divorce.
Maria offers a caring and playful coaching approach, empowering clients to blend their families with joy and confidence. As a daughter of divorced immigrant parents and a stepparent herself, she understands the unique communication challenges in blended families and the importance of innovative support systems.

Using her signature 4-step energy-focused process, Rapid Resolution Therapy and BeH2O methodology, Maria helps stepparents and divorced parents transition from chaos to harmony. She strengthens caregivers’ values, fosters partner alignment, and builds and strengthens connection with children and stepchildren.

Maria has supported numerous families through her VIP Stepparenting Breakthrough and model and her podcast, Synergistic Stepparenting. Learn more at www.SynergisticStepparenting.com.
