Dr Angharad Rudkin
Dr Angharad Rudkin is a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years’ experience working with children and their families and lecturing on child psychology at the University of Southampton.
In collaboration with OnlyMums & Dads Angharad designed and runs the award nominated What About Henry? course for family law professionals. Angharad has co-authored parenting books and children’s books and was the Consultant Editor for the divorce guide “101 questions about Separation and Divorce with children” (Bath Publishing; 2020). With children’s author Ruth Fitzgerald, Angharad wrote “The Split Survival Kit” (Wren & Rook 2022), a book for children going through parental separation.
Angharad regularly appears on TV and radio as an expert on child and family issues and has recently ben shortlisted for the Resolution Children’s Champion Award.

Rachel Jaysan
Rachel is a partner at Stowe Family law, the UK’s largest specialist family law solicitors. She is also an accredited mediator with extensive experience in matters concerning both financial and children matters, often where there are significant assets.
Rachel advises on all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on children matters often where there are international elements. Rachel has advised extensively on complex nuptial agreements, often where there are multi-jurisdictional considerations and assets. Rachel is also highly experienced in cases involving religious divorce, particularly Jewish Divorce (Get).
Rachel has a strong focus on ADR and offers the innovative one lawyer two client service. This model allows parties to work together, with the assistance of one lawyer who can offer legal advice.

Sarah Manning
Sarah Manning is a Partner and Head of Mediation at Hall Brown Family Law, a boutique national family law firm. A highly experienced solicitor and accredited mediator, Sarah specialises in complex children and financial matters for mid to high-net-worth clients, both in her mediation and legal practice.
Sarah is a leading advocate for Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR), ensuring that her clients are fully informed about the range of resolution options available to them from the outset. She is committed to helping families navigate separation with minimal hostility, using a collaborative approach that avoids inflammatory language and focuses on amicable solutions.
Sarah was awarded ‘Family Mediator of the Year’ at the National Mediation Awards 2024 and named Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 2024. Sarah chairs Family Mediation Week (FMW) and sits on the Resolution DR Committee and Northern Lights, promoting best practices in mediation and other forms of NCDR practice.

Stephen Wildblood
Stephen Wildblood KC was the Designated Family Judge for the Bristol area for ten years before stepping down in November 2023. He practised at the Family bar for 27 years, the last 8.5 in silk. He has written in over 20 legal textbooks on issues of family law and often lectures on the full range of family issues. He continues to sit, part-time, in the Family and High Courts.
He and Dr Freda Gardner (clinical psychologist) have set up an LLP which offers to assist couples resolve their family issues relating to money and children without litigation. They are both trained mediators. Stephen is a qualified arbitrator in relation to issues relating to children and is qualifying as a Family Finance arbitrator. Stephen has also joined 3 PB chambers as an associate member offering private FDRs, early neutral evaluation and arbitration.
He is a playwright and author. He believes that Family litigation should be a last resort.

James Evans (Chair)
James Evans is the Head of UK Professional Education at OurFamilyWizard. Having previously worked as a teacher, James joined the Family Law community over 6 years ago to introduce Family Law Practitioners around the country to OurFamilyWizard.
James works with Courts, Chambers, Firms, CAFCASS, Mediators, Organisations and Charities to help parents with their communication. James has been shortlisted for over 10 awards for his contribution to Innovation and Championing of supporting separated families and is a previous winner of the Working in Collaboration Award at Resolutions Family Law Awards and Innovation in Family Law at the Family Law Awards
